Chahiya is a digital, cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. No physical goods or equipment are shipped to your address.
Immediate Service Provisioning
Access to your Chahiya account and restaurant operating features is granted immediately upon sign-up and payment completion. You can log into your account instantly at https://app.chahiya.com using any modern web browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Order Confirmation & Invoicing
Immediately after a successful subscription payment, a confirmation email containing your payment receipt, invoice, and account login details will be sent to your registered email address by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (or Chargily for DZD payments). You can also download past invoices and tax receipts at any time from your dashboard billing settings.
Service Scope & Updates
Your subscription provides continuous access to the Chahiya web application, POS system, kitchen screens, and automatic menu tools corresponding to your plan tier. Platform updates, security patches, and improvements are deployed automatically in the cloud with zero downtime or manual installation required.
