Do you take a commission on my orders?

No. Chahiya charges 0% commission. You pay the monthly price of your plan and keep 100% of what your customers pay.

How does the free trial work?

Create your account and start straight away, with no card. Individuals get 30 days and restaurants get 14 days of full access to set up their menu, website and orders.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card. To keep taking orders, choose a plan from your dashboard.

Should I choose Individual or Restaurant?

Choose Individual if you cook or bake and sell directly, from home or through social media. Choose Restaurant if you have tables, a counter, staff or a till.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move to another plan from your dashboard whenever your business grows or your needs change.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for a year upfront and you get 12 months for the price of 10, which is 2 months free compared with paying monthly.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you are not happy after your first payment, email hello@chahiya.com within 14 days and we will refund it in full.

Which currency will I pay in?

Prices are shown for the country we detect from your connection. When you subscribe, your plan is billed for the country where your business is located. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Do I need to buy special equipment?

No. Chahiya runs on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. A receipt printer is only needed if you want to print tickets from the till.

What are AI credits?

AI credits let Chahiya read a photo or PDF of your paper menu and turn it into an online menu, and translate it. One credit is roughly one menu photo. Every trial includes 5 credits.
