Do you take a percentage of my orders?
No. Chahiya charges 0% commission on every order. Restaurants keep 100% of their sales and pay only a predictable flat monthly subscription, unlike delivery platforms that take 20% to 35%.
Do I need a sales call or a demo?
No. Chahiya is completely self-serve. You can sign up, photograph your paper menu to digitize it in under 60 seconds, and start taking orders right away without waiting for sales calls or technicians.
Can the till work if the internet cuts out?
Yes. Chahiya POS has an offline mode that keeps running on your tablet even during internet cuts. Staff can log in with their PIN, take orders, and print kitchen tickets. Everything syncs automatically once the connection returns.
What equipment do I need?
Any iPad or Android tablet. To print tickets straight from the till, use an Android tablet with a receipt printer.
Do I need my own domain name?
No. When you sign up you get a free address like yourrestaurant.chahiya.app. If you already own a domain name, you can connect it at any time at no extra cost.
Which languages are available?
Your dashboard, your website and the menu photo import all work in Arabic, French and English. You can publish your menu in multiple languages simultaneously so customers can switch with one tap.
Can customers pay online?
Yes, through your own payment account (Stripe, PayPal), so the money goes straight to you.
